From Ponce Caja de Muerto Island to the Lajas Cays, there are many beaches available to swim and sunbath. In Ponce you have the Isla Caja de Muerto beach, a beautiful small island that can be seen from the coast and takes about 45 minutes by boat to get there. In Gu√°nica you can go to Playa Santa and the Balneario de Gu√°nica and the Mata la Gata Cay. Then comes the famous Lajas cays were most small boaters and people who do kayaking go to enjoy the weekends.
Finally on the Southeast you can go to Salinas cays and Arroyo public beach.
