COVID-19 IN PUERTO RICO

(SEPTEMBER 6, 2021) - Because the Islands of Puerto Rico are all under a temporary "lockdown", we do recommend traveling the archipelago under the knowledge that there is a kind of night curfew in effect by the local government. Please call your hotel or place where you are going to stay and ask about the lockdown process so you can travel and enjoy our islands safely. If traveling now there, you will need either being vaccinated or having your COVID-19 molecular test negative and also will be under text message or email monitoring. Lockdown is expected to end by mid September 2021. Risk at the moment is barely equal than flying to the highests continental states of the Union (prevalence of deaths = 0.00002+/population). You will need a molecular pre-certified test or stay in home/hotel as an alternative. Also fill papers with your contact/covid information before travelling. (Giving false info about your Covid-19 vaccine status will end in a $5,000 fine).
